Do not recommend unless you want to schedule an appointment (pay for it), schedule a testing (pay for it), schedule an appointment to get your results (pay for it), and repeat. I've been requesting my results for a month and a half and the office either ignores me or keeps saying they're working on it. The office also scheduled an office visit for me (without my approval). Had I not sent in emails, messages on the portal, and voicemails, they probably would have charged me for that as well. The only reason I even knew they scheduled the visit is because I got an automatic notification. If you want a doctor's office that actually cares about your health and isn't just trying to take your money, go elsewhere!

Of course complaints come first. Starvation & Frostbite. I thought I would freeze in that exam room. So cold! And I had to wait so long I thought I would starve to death. The upside is that I was so hungry when I left there that I stopped at the first Mexican restaurant I came to which I had never been to before and I had the best Gordita I had ever had! Could have been that I was so hungry anything would have been good, but I do intend to go back and try another Gordita just to make sure. Another upside is that Dr Narvaez is SO nice, it’s extremely difficult to find fault with his making me wait for so long because of his dedication to his patients. His staff is equally as nice. So I shouldn’t be complaining of frostbite and starvation. AND the results of his examination was so good, I actually left there a very happy camper. So thank you, Dr Narvaez. I do hope never to need to see you again. The prep for a colonoscopy is no fun, but if I ever need one again , you’re my man. If there’s a next time, I will come prepared with a blanket and after a good meal. Best wishes to you and your staff. Victoria L. Rodriguez
